Not sure if the other reviews are true but my husband has been arguing his way at this car wash for a long time. We went through the car wash and realized that it wasn’t clean, so we went through a second time since we pay for “unlimited” car washes. Well, I guess it’s one wash per day. We switch cars often since we lease them and between me and my husband we had 3 cars that we switched. I guess it’s a huge problem when switching the stickers. It’s 2025, get with the technology. Was rude as hell
Drive all the way there, saw, hesitated, then figured ok.. he couldn't accept card, had problem with terminal, I saw, said communication error, had to back out. And, that's it for me... Bad sign. Would give no stars .
Scratched the hood of my car. First time I experienced that after going through a car washes in a gazillion years. And not cleaned well. Find another spot. Respectfully.
