Paid top dollar for driveway slurry seal and one pot hole repair in asphalt driveway. 4 yrs later long large (wide) cracks appeared. Would allow significant water damage. Owner declined to repair stated such cracks normal. Thus I should expect to pay thousands of dollars every several years for the whole job.
