I find that management is very accommodating. When I call my manager and tell him what needs to be done he sends someone over right away. They did a good job on clearing out my backyard, fixing my kitchen sink and my bathroom sink.
The new office mgr is amazing! Excellent Customer Service!
I've been here for almost a year and I will say I am LOVING new management. They address all my concerns usually within a time frame- and don't act like I'm bothering them. Previous management seemed annoyed about small questions/ never in the office/ full voice boxes... Lorena and Rose have been such a delight and make me want to buy the property here. New management seems to understand, life happens and help offer the resources needed.
