Reno Cascade blocked the sale of a home on their property siting "repairs that still needed to be made by the seller before the purchase". I dont recommend. I have had my place broken into last year. And my neighbor is a total drug house. I've called numerous times about the traffic in and out, on top of domestic disturbances. The worse is she has men climbing over the wall all day and night to get to her place. mind you I have a young daughter who's bedroom is by there. Place is under new management and it's just become way worse. They don't answer calls and only return a call after you repeatedly call. Buyer Beware: Let me start with the good- They keep the grounds clean! That is about all I can give them. The bad: They don’t care about their residents they care about the money the resident give to them. There are different rules for different people. This used to be a fun place to live. Breaks my heart to see what they are doing to it.
It’s a nice spot it’s clean but the OFFICE is LIES N GAMES n I’m the WRONG PERSON to LIE N PLAY GAMES with it’s PROBLEMS dey ignore it but WHEN I LEAVE u will get TREATED the same
