Really disappointed. We were promised that this company would be out in the spring to assess how the septic is doing, cut down some of the pipping, and view how the yard/grass was growing with all the changes. We have been ignored. They basically got their money and ran. I wouldn't recommend a company that doesn't keep their word and doesn't make sure that the owners who are paying you thousands of dollars are happy with what they have to live with. As first time home buyers, Pete and Sunrise Environmental have been incredibly professional in providing their services. He helped identify buried oil tanks that would have otherwise cost us thousands of dollars to deal with. He provided us great customer service while coaching us through the entire search and retrieval process. Pete truly made us feel like he had our best interest in mind and like he was part of our team. We worked with Pete twice already and would absolutely do so again.

I contacted Sunrise due to an unsatisfactory septic inspection received by the buyer while selling my house. I was looking to have Sunrise come out to evaluate and provide a quote. They immediately responded that the tank needed to be replaced for $5500 without having ANY information on the current condition of the tank or coming out to look. When i told him the system was replaced in the last 5 years and asked if it could be repaired without replacing he said he doesn't have time for small repairs. I would be careful that y... read more
