My appointment is at 8am. It is already 8:10 am and not even a receptionist is here. Of course, nobody is answering the phone.
I was very scared at my first consult but the doctor took great trouble to explain everything very well at my follow-up after all the tests. This helped a lot. I still feel quite sick but I have confidence Sunrise understand that and all their recommendations are starting to make a difference. It’s not a quick fix but they are helping me to be patient. Doctor Hor is very thorough and I feel I am in good hands.
They never respond to calls or emails. I was referred by my GP. I am feeling awful and anxious and quite scared. For $500 a consult they can’t be bothered to return a call or reply to an email? Or even threats my scans to the service that they referred me on to? Utterly abysmal. All they did was send me for expensive tests and refuse to answer my queries. It’s my health but it seems I am not allowed to ask for more information.
