My family has been trying to fix our elevator that was disabled from the past hurricanes but Zoe, who answers the phones, is always very disrespectful and rude when she is asked a question. We have had no problems with the people who work for Sunrise Elevators. Zoe continues to be rude while also hanging up the phone whenever we are trying to get more information. We have asked to speak to someone else but Zoe denies our request and hangs up the phone. This is unacceptable
While Kendall, the technician is nice, Zoe, the woman who answers the phone is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. With all of the advertising they do, you'd think that they would treat their customers better. Zoe refused to pass me along to her supervisor when I asked and proceeded to hang up on me. Best elevator repair Firm we have experienced and honest! Every other Firm we contacted post Milton was only trying to sell us a new elevator at $40k and unwilling to countenance any repair work. Sharp practice, indeed. We thought ours fixable and Sunrise turned up and fixed it. Sunrise our go-to Firm from now on.
Sunrise Elevator claimed to fix my elderly disabled mother’s elevator, took a $320 payment, but will not respond to her even though the elevator does not work.
They came to check out our elevators after the hurricane. They sent us this unbelievable bill for two hours of work. First, they send a guy that can not speak English. After calling and calling, we got an English-speaking person who we could communicate with and worked on it for two hours. We have tried to call them and left numerous messages to find out why the bill is so high. They never answer their phone nor return their messages.
