When we bought Echo Lake Resort in April of 2022, we recognized right away that all the docks needed to be replaced. This was a huge undertaking as we have 8 cabin docks, a larger dock for our seasonal campers, the main rental boat dock and a guest swim dock. All the docks are between 20-50 years old, some constructed of logs and untreated fir boards and all are rotten.
