I got a PCR test through them 5 days ago and still have yet to receive results. Let that speak for itself. The CDC should be contacted about removing their certification for testing with all the problems they have. Contaminated samples, unsafe standards of handling, poor data collection, and failure to actually test in a timeframe that matters. How are they allowed to do business at all.

This laboratory is employed with unprofessional staff who are not educated on COVID-19 testing per CDC recommendations. Myself and staff have had several issues with the personnel that have been coming to test STATE employees for COVID-19, PCR testing done via NASAL SWAB. Personnel are rude, rough and don't have proper PPE during the test. Their staff will ask you not to squint and not to bring down your own mask, while they are coming onto state property without an N-95 Mask.
