So happy I found this studio! I have been wanting to get back into Pilates for a while and Sunrise is conveniently located, has a broad schedule of classes and the teachers are fantastic. I have been to 4 of Tessa’s classes and I can already see a difference in my physique. Thanks for making it challenging but fun Tessa!
Super class with Julie Norris. She’s challenging and has very good technique. This was my first class and I was able to keep up. The class went by fast and I loved her music.

have been coming for a couple months and i love it! super welcoming atmosphere. love to take all the hot classes especially with julie and tessa. love the early and late hours to accommodate work
One drop in class has turned into many! At first i was terrified but the trainers make you feel so welcome and help with modifications but also push you through!
