My advice is pass on this service. There are to many technical issues with there telemedicine platform. You will definitely get billed for missed appointments regardless of the circumstances and reaching out to the business or office manager is useless. All you get is the runaround. If you are having issues I would recommend notifying CMS or Joint Commission. You will not get the fees back but at least they are doing the work to get their money.
Ms. Sakarsha Sanchez-Hunter has by far been one of the best therapists that I've ever encountered. I truly feel like I'm in a safe space whenever I attend our sessions. Sure, there are days when I'd rather not get up and face life, but it was only through God's grace in Christ Jesus that helped guide me through. I'm truly blessed to have been assigned a therapist through Sunrise. If you're looking for growth, change, and healing; then Sunrise is an excellent choice.
I am a veteran using community care. The office made me an appointment with for today at 3pm has no record of the appointment. They made me reach out to community care to extend my care for a year then asked me to close out care. Sunrise called me and set the appointment and now have zero record of the appointment. The administration at this office is terrible and unprofessional. Veterans deserve better and should look elsewhere. Don't waste your time.
I absolutely love having Madeline Brooks as my counselor. She gives the best feedback, very positive, and cares in what she does. I wouldn't want it any other way. I do all my sessions virtual and it works out for my lifestyle. I have been into the building once, everyone seemed nice and helpful. I appreciate everything they do.
