CANCELED us after 12 yrs with them because we ran out. It's single digit temps right now and would not bring us propane. Terrible customer service. Rude people. Didn't even give us a receipt the last time. They don't deserve any stars.DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
Do not pull in from Belmont! What appears to be a speed bump is a large bolder with no signs or warnings.
I have used this company for 10 years what a mistake. I found a lot of mold in my basement called them in October 2022 and told them I will be out of the house for 6 months. They filled my tank while I was gone. I didn't pay within 30 days because I was gone. I don't own a laptop or even a cell phone I am old school. I am doing this on a desktop. I told them this. do not go with these people in Springfield Ohio ... there are a lot better choices . fun fact about this company they charge you $160 if you don’t use so much gas in a year so say it’s a warm winter and you don’t use enough gas because they’re not getting the money they charge you 160+!!!
