I am extremely dissatisfied with the new management at Sunrise Condominiums in Scottsdale. Their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I do not live in Scottsdale, so I rely on proper communication to stay informed. However, I was never notified—by email or phone—that the HOA fees were increasing. Superbe résidence avec piscines privées chauffées et une salle de fitness bien équipée avec en plus un espace yoga pilate et musculation, le tout très très bien entretenu.
I've owned here since 2018. The complex has a wonderful gym and yoga studio. I love the heated pools and covered parking. It sits right on the golf course and faces west so I can watch the sunset over the golf course. The management company does a good job keeping things in shape and looking beautiful. The people are friendly and my dog and I have made good friends with several dogs and residents here.
Resident Anand P. living in unit 2105 is one the most inpatient, rude, cheap, ungrateful, and disgraceful customer I ever serve in my delivery career. He order delivery from Taco Bell in a busy Saturday night (1 Jun 2024), which makes his delivery driver wait for his order at the restaurant for 30 minutes (which is fine for us if he is nice and patient).
