This Clinic is horrible, I waited 40 min and so I decided to leave, then I asked for my co-pay back and they told me it would take 30 days...do not go to this clinic..
They should not accept complex patients. I was told for months she was going to educate herself on my conditions. She never did. I was prescribed a med contraindicated. I also waited 6 months for a specialist appointment only to find out they had submitted it completely incorrectly and I was sent to the wrong specialist. I of course was upset, not one apology, just a snide “human errors occur”. Cool, I get that but no attempt was even made to correct it, no new referral was sent even after 2 requests.I was left in pain and s... read more
