I am glad I read the reviews remind me of how unpleasant it was there. Most of the post here are spot on. I actually thought I had problems with the old woman there too, but it looks like other people have so it wasn't just me. I don't think I'll ever go back there even though it's the closest dry cleaner to my current residence, which is too bad. And it was expensive a lot more than I expected, but I don't really go to the dry cleaners that much. I'm glad they have the reviews here because now I know I won't Go back

First off, the blonde old lady that works at the register is the worst! Zero personality, rude and extremely unfriendly. If you hate your life and job then quit. Really makes the experience horrible. Second, I just paid 92 American dollars to have 4 T SHIRTS and one pair of pants hemmed. I was prepared to pay 45-50 dollars total, 92 dollars is horrendous. WAAAAAAAY over priced, seems to be a constant complaint, ask first $39 to clean a tank top and cotton dress. Horrible customer service also.

Have always had great and fast service from here, but $47 to hem 2 pairs of men’s work pants seems outrageous. A few years ago this would run $10-12/each. Definitely check with them the cost before hand because this was far more than expected at pickup (my own fault obviously for not clarifying beforehand).

Sunrise did an outstanding job cleaning my leather jacket. Looks beautiful and brand new. Would recommend this cleaners for all leathers.
