someone forgot to put my oil dipstick back in all the way causing me to try to drive away with a car I could barely drive. It freaked me out. White smoke was coming out of the tail pipe. I had to turn right around and go back all freaked out. I hope that's all it was. They told me it was not creating a vacuum. I hope it never happens again. Went in for service... Quick, easy, and painless! Everyone I met was exceptionally friendly and had great customer service skills. The positive experience I had when leasing my vehicle at Sunrise carried over to the service department as well. Well trained and professional staff who treats customers well.
