someone forgot to put my oil dipstick back in all the way causing me to try to drive away with a car I could barely drive. It freaked me out. White smoke was coming out of the tail pipe. I had to turn right around and go back all freaked out. I hope that's all it was. They told me it was not creating a vacuum. I hope it never happens again. I had my Volt serviced at Sunrise. They make it so fast and easy and are definitely the kindest dealership I have ever visited. Recommend.
Went in for service... Quick, easy, and painless! Everyone I met was exceptionally friendly and had great customer service skills. The positive experience I had when leasing my vehicle at Sunrise carried over to the service department as well. Well trained and professional staff who treats customers well. My family had a great experience at Sunrise Chevrolet. The staff was very courteous, attentive and professional. The details of the financial options were explained to us thoroughly. The manager and sales staff helped us work toward a solution that suited our driving requirements and budget. I would recommend Sunrise to my family and friends.
I would give Sunrise 0 stars, my they wont allow it! I will never buy a car from here again. Worst experence i have ever had!
