This review is specifically for the service department at Sunrise Chevrolet in Collierville, TN. I arrived at 13:30 for a scheduled visit to have roof rails installed and to have scratches buffed out of the hood that were caused by the dealership when a decorative bow was placed on the vehicle at purchase. Instead of professionalism, I was met with attitude from the service writer because “the only guy who can install roof rails” was leaving at 14:00.
