One year since i was convinced to go in for a "minor filling" on a tooth that wasn't bothering just me days before Christmas 2024. The new dentist that was given my appointment couldn't complete the filling so tried a root canal. Failed at that too and extracted the tooth. Didn't charge me much, but put on the invoice "routine tooth extraction", which is not true. I have had significant pain and expense trying to resolve since.
Dr John and his team are the most efficient, treat their clients with care, and know exactly what they are doing with dental work. Dr John sat with me and went over my xrays, explained why and actually how the work would be done. Thank you!!! Dr John
Big time scaredy cat here. The entire staff at Sunrise have been wonderful, especially Dr Justin, kindly accepting my failed attempt at rude humour whilst I was nervously anticipating dental work. They are gentle and understanding, kind and comforting, and I am happy to both return there and recommend new patients considering their practice.
Just had tooth extraction and I am a total whimp. But sunrise staff were superb. Such caring staff . I don’t remember much and it was painless.
