I called a few months in advance to schedule my event. I wanted to stay on top of things and eliminate any unnecessary stress. However, working with the owner Bev was nothing but stressful. I definitely need to point out that the food was wonderful and the 2 servers I had were amazing. I have never hired a caterer before, so I really didnt know what to expect in regards to food, presentation, preparation and the people serving. My fiancé and I met with Bev in March as we were interested in this catering business that was near our wedding venue. The packages offered seemed reasonable as well.
