The rent is relatively affordable for the U District, especially considering how close it is to campus and public transportation, which makes getting around really convenient. Residents regularly spill dirty oil all over the stove, leave raw meat in the sink and refrigerator, and do not clean up after themselves. The kitchen smells bad most of the time and is very unpleasant to use. I’ve complained to management multiple times, but nothing has changed.
