Nice little studio building. Best deal for the amount of space you get a good quiet community with responsive management. Has nice spacious communal kitchens, as well as an Amazon hub for safe package reception which has been great.

Good location for UW students, it’s near the Ave, near campus, across the street from 711 and pretty safe
This place is an insanely good deal. I love my unit, my neighbors are quiet, and management is always helpful and accommodating. It's just around the block from Safeway and Trader Joe's, and a little over five minutes walk from campus, the light rail station, and restaurants on the ave (i.e. Chipotle, my beloved). One of the better deals for students I’ve seen. Cheaper than dorms with more space. You get your own unit for what I was paying to be in a triple. Also closer to u district and campus than my west campus dorm was.
