I’m extremely disappointed that after more than three weeks, the 5th floor kitchen is still in a filthy and unhygienic state. The stove is covered in oil, and dirty dishes have been left there for days. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I’ve repeatedly reported this issue through emails, phone calls, and even in person, yet nothing has been done. It genuinely feels like my concerns are being taken for granted. I’ve attached pictures taken today for your reference.

The shared kitchen in this apartment is in terrible condition. It's consistently filthy - people leave dirty oil on the stove, rotten meat in the fridge, and dirty dishes piled up for days. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue to management through emails, phone calls, and even in-person visits, absolutely nothing has been done. If you’re someone who plans to cook at home, think twice before moving in. Unless you’re okay with eating out every day or dealing with a disgusting kitchen, this place is not worth it. Everything nearby restaurants,supermarkets. Even campus is not that far

A highlight of the apartment is the management staff that are so kind, helpful, & responsive. They made my experience enjoyable & smooth. I liked the two options for cooking spaces, a larger shared kitchen & a private small kitchenette in my room. Although it is an older building, its affordability & convenient location to groceries, transit, & UW campuses are hard to beat.
