I’ve used Steve and his team twice now and highly recommend them. The first time, Steve managed to remove a very difficult piece of silicone from my wool loop pile carpet that I honestly thought was impossible to get out. The second time, the team vacuumed and steam cleaned all of the rooms in my house and did a fantastic job. They were professional, thorough, competitively priced, on time, and paid great attention to detail throughout. The carpets look and feel amazing. I’ll definitely be using them again.
