My carpet got soaked because of a leaky pipe in my apartment. William came over to my place in Dedham after the plumber was done, even though it was late in the day. He removed all the extra water from my carpet, pulled it up, and set up a dehumidifier and fans that same night. William was very friendly and explained everything clearly.
