The person I spoke with, Jordan, was very helpful and explained everything clearly before booking my appointment. I got a quote from Sunrise Carpet Cleaners through Yelp to get our carpets cleaned before renting out our home. Danny gave us an estimate based on the specific details of the job, and the final price matched what we expected. Brady explained what was needed for the tough spots, including a red wine stain on our white carpet. The cleaning was quick, careful, and very thorough. I have managed many residential and commercial properties over the years and have called on Sunrise Carpet Cleaners several times to clean carpets between tenants. Jordan always does their best to work with my schedule and has helped extend the life of many carpets, some of which have needed cleaning more than once. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the cost of replacing flooring or furniture. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. I originally had an appointment with another company, but my neighbor suggested I give this one a try. Even though the price was a bit higher, the results were amazing. My carpet, which is over 20 years old, looks brand new again. I never imagined it could get this clean. Plus, Jordan included grout cleaning for my entryway, and I was surprised to see the grout is actually white instead of brown! Quoted $80 and then tried to upsell some "additional chemicals" for $220 to clean a 7x10 area rug. Did one pass on the rug and did not clean it very well. I would not use this service again.
