Very much appreciated Rob and his crew delivering & picking up tandem kayaks and gear to our Prospect Harbor vacation rental home. They were there on time. They were in good shape and worked out great for our family. Thank you.
Rob is an excellent guide. We took a sea kayak tour in Machias Bay. Everything went smoothly. Rob is a lifelong Mainer and we learned things about the Bay, the environment, and the local downeast history that we would not have been exposed to otherwise. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and have a more in depth experience of Maine this is the way to go!
We had a one of a kind experience on the water with Rob!! He was very accommodating and communicative throughout our journey. We are not native to the area but because of Rob's extensive knowledge, we got to learn so much about the history of bay and surrounding land. We also got to see the seals as they were sunbathing-- such curious creatures they ended up following us in our kayaks! Was such a wonderful adventure. Thank you so much Rob for making our trip so special!

Rob helped us organize and execute an unusual request. He went above and beyond for our group to be able to complete a canoe trip on the Machias River in April. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. As a group of young adults beginning our journey in the Outdoor Industry, Rob was an excellent example of how an outfiitter/guide should operate. Would absolutely do another trip with Sunrise Canoe and Kayak.
