We have used Terry for several of our carpentry needs over the last decade. He has built us a pole building, finished a basement, installed a roof, built us an awesome deck among several other items. Terry did a full first floor remodel, including wall removal, a new kitchen and entrance. Maintaining the look and feel of the original architecture and the aesthetic of the house was very important. Terry listened, presented solutions and not only completed a stunning transformation but it also looked like it was always this way. You can’t go wrong working with Terry and Sunrise Builders. I would rehire him in a heartbeat and look forward to future projects.

Terry (Sunrise Builders) has been working with my family on home projects for the past 5 years and has been our go-to builder on projects such as a bath remodel, kitchen remodel, two-story deck stair build, basement remodel and fireplace makeover. He is great to work with and you can always count on him to return your call. The work he has done on our house has been outstanding and for a good price. He has some of the best connections in the business and we loved knowing we were supporting local business' in the area.

We hired Terry to remodel our main bathroom with a complete tear out and new install. Terry and his subcontractors had great communication, were friendly and professional, and most of all did amazing work. I would definitely hire Terry (and his subcontractors) again in the future.
