Sunrise Builders grossly deviated from their own contract in the construction of our home to solely benefit Sunrise Builders, specifically the owners - Stan and Gil. • No “preliminary evaluation service” was offered per contract. • No “preliminary project schedule services” were offered per contract. • No “phased construction services” were offered per contract, nor was a construction schedule ever provided. • The “preliminary cost estimate services” were incomplete and excluded multiple, major items. • No “pre-construction”... read more

Sunrise Builders did an extensive and complicated remodel for us. The whole team was exceptional to work with and we are very happy with the end product.
