Terrible customer service. Called.in a day before to see if I needed an appointment. I was told no we have 3 on staff. Showed up the following day and asked for help 15 minutes after being in the store. I was told we only have 3 on staff. Sat down for over an hour and left. I was ready to spend over 4 thousand dollars on a crossbow setup. Guess I'll go to the internet.
Used to shoot a ton when I was a teenager, but I took a long break and recently decided to get back into the hobby. The two guys I talked with at the store (I can’t remember their names) were both extremely knowledgeable and patient, and they walked me through even the simplest questions I had. They had no problem letting me try different bows and releases, and they made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
