I purchased new work boots for my son, and after 9 months of use climbing in and out of equipment and jumping into trenches, the boots started to come apart. Sunrise honored the warranty, no questions asked! Great people, and are my go to for boots!
Terrible customer service. Called.in a day before to see if I needed an appointment. I was told no we have 3 on staff. Showed up the following day and asked for help 15 minutes after being in the store. I was told we only have 3 on staff. Sat down for over an hour and left. I was ready to spend over 4 thousand dollars on a crossbow setup. Guess I'll go to the internet.
