I was recommended this company by our builder. I’m giving two stars because the blinds that we have received are nice. However, communication has been awful. It took over two weeks to get a quote (which I had to constantly follow up on) and just as long to get them to send us the information to pay the deposit. After constantly asking for updates with ZERO response, I’m told it will be a month delayed. This place has terrible communication and doesn’t have an empathy or care for their clients. We have had a terrible experience to date with Sunrise. During our build we worked with Sunrise (as they were recommended by our builder's design team) to select the shades we wanted in the home. One of the big selling points for my wife and I was the ability to have the blinds installed prior to / the day of closing. After reaching out to request updates multiple times I was finally able to connect with someone who let me know less than 24 hours prior to closing that the blinds wouldn't be in the day we closed and that they... read more

We went to Sunrise Blinds to look for window treatments for our new home in Frisco. We talked to Loretta Gillian who recommended many options to us. She was very patient and helpful as we explored different window coverings and made our choices. Kenny the installer did a great job, very neat and professional. There was an issue with our kitchen window because the back splash tile wrapped around into the window opening. Loretta was so helpful in resolving the issue to our satisfaction.
