Save yourself money don't go here. They are tied to biolife and they charge you .50 a declined ATM fee that is NOT disclose up front, its listed in the tiny print....even if it's because there was an issue with the card. Nickle and dime you outta your money any way they can.
Never had a bank that felt like family. I appreciate everyone from Sunrise… from the welcome desk to the tellers to the office staff and managers. Sunrise just knows how to do business better in community.
Horrible bank, poor customer service, huge fees, out for nothing more than a complete money grab. And do not park in the parking lot on the weekends by the way.
Helpful staff and the safe deposit box is very good.
The online service so bad, really bad and they can't even help by phone they have a lot to improve.
