Really looking forward to breaking up with these people completely. The tellers themselves are kind and *usually* helpful. The head banker lady is a total robot with little humanity - I accidentally wore sunglasses & a hat in here once on a bright summer day and she treated me like John Dillinger, whatever, no big deal. Shut down my card due to fraudulent activity with no written notice, no notice whatsoever to me. Bay State that they sent out a new card
Doesn't matter if I like banking here, their system is flawed and they need to be help accountable. When calling into the branch to see if their ATM was working yet, I was rerouted to an outside dispatcher who had no idea how to answer my question as they were working off old information from December and here it is March. Instead of speaking to anyone of the numerous employees at the bank branch I go to, they insist on sending you to a call center outside of the trusted network of people one deals with at their branch. Sunrise Banks repeatedly came through for me with solutions for refinancing. I love the personal attention I have received. At various times, it has felt like I had my own banker, with a real relationship.
Lovvvvvvvve Sunrise. They always go above and beyond. So personal. I now have moved the kids account from Wells Fargo to sunrise. Really the best bank! Can’t say enough good things about this bank.
