If you go to this location and there’s a girl with purple hair that is about to help you wait for someone else. She is very rude to customers not friendly at all and I wouldn’t trust her. Everyone else was attentive and helpful and was able to answer and help all of my needs very quickly so I was not sure why this specific person Had such a problem helping a customer really hope that they change who they hire there because I would not want her managing my money.
love this bank! i come here every payday to cash my check as it’s where my work issues checks from. i’ve had a smooth, quick and delightful process every single time without fail. considering switching to bank with them, thank you sunrise!
I stay with this bank because it is only 5 blocks from my home. Twice in late 2024 I went there to have some paperwork notarized. Twice I was denied for understandable reasons. TWICE the 2 different bankers had very little PR skill in their explanation why they would not notarize my paperwork. Again I understand why they would not notarize. Yet both bankers had very little skill in explaining the reasons why they denied. Both bankers were young under 40 in appearance. Worst fraud security in the world. You could literally write a check on a napkin and this bank will cash it. Don't bank with them.
