This institution needs to have better representation when it comes to public interactions. Their security staff not only bums cigarettes off of customers but they grind the butt's out on the building? How professional is that?

I’ve had this horrible bank since it was a great bank called Franklin. I’ve wanted to switch for many years now but for a variety of reasons that is a difficult undertaking for me. Their customer service is hard to reach, unreachable or when you do the person you get can’t help you, the system is frequently down etc. The amount of bad experiences I’ve had are innumerable. I have been going to Sunrise Banks for many years and the experience is always positive and I think this is a quality this bank has that few others do - I appreciate their help and kindness.

If you go to this location and there’s a girl with purple hair that is about to help you wait for someone else. She is very rude to customers not friendly at all and I wouldn’t trust her. Everyone else was attentive and helpful and was able to answer and help all of my needs very quickly so I was not sure why this specific person Had such a problem helping a customer really hope that they change who they hire there because I would not want her managing my money.

love this bank! i come here every payday to cash my check as it’s where my work issues checks from. i’ve had a smooth, quick and delightful process every single time without fail. considering switching to bank with them, thank you sunrise!
