AMAZING SERVICE. Went for my Toyota Prius safety inspection yesterday. Shout-out to Najeem and Qais who provided an excellent customer service.They took a good care to properly explain things. Reasonable cost and friendly environment. Beyond expectation, I would highly recommend and visit again. THANK YOU
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was poor; I brought in a new filter for installation, but the staff seemed unfamiliar with the process and refused to install it. They were unsympathetic and unfriendly throughout the interaction.
Helped us 5 hours from closing on a Saturday. Sourced parts and fixed brakes within 3 hours before a long trip. Reasonably priced. Recommend!
Knowledgeable, and friendly. I came in for a safety inspection at Sunrise Autos and the service was great. They also answered all my questions and provided guidance on how to take better care of my car. I’ll return for future services.
Worst customer service of kaseem, does not know how to talk to customers and very rude behaviour even after paying them for the service. They changed my car’s battery and then Headlights were not working so i asked them to check it and they did not check it and answered “we have lot of other work to do” It seems that only he has work to do and everyone else does not work..! Then i went to other Mechanic in town and fixed the issue.! Not recommended! Really disappointed
