No Social Worker or case manager on staff ; indifferent to one resident's extreme , ongoing sleep disruption situation caused by a "suite mate" ; Extremely elderly, disabled population ; Seemingly More concerned with Profits, appearance and " fluff " than Every Resident's comfort and well-being. Here you definitely must " Scratch the Surface and Kick the Tires" without Sales staff hovering. Very good communications with staff. Sales manager is great to walk you through All questions you have!! Life style, food, staff members are very nice.
Great community and environment, staff are responsive and wonderful! Regular music, music therapy, pet visits, arts, movies and other experiences for residents. Location is walkable to both the Reston Regional Library and Reston Town Center for residents and family. Highly recommend!
If you are responsible for an elderly family member Im sure you can relate. My Father has been in three Elderly care facilities. One of three was typical and one was deplorable. One is commendable. Sunrise has been amazing. I can say the environment my dad is in has been transformative. He is clean, he talks and engages with others, he's reading again. No facility is perfect.
