When reading reviews, make sure they are current. 1-2 years ago this place was amazing. All the staff was amazing. After Gena left, it's not been the same. Cannot get management to return calls. Cannot address any facility issues like dirty floors and bathrooms. Management has lowered their standards for hiring good care givers that care givers that want to work hard and make a difference in an elderly person's life. Not everyone there is bad but even the few ruin it for my mother!
I called to inquire about your services, but unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was highly unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me, seemed annoyed, and rushed to end the call. The final straw was when she asked me to hold because her popcorn was burning. As a result, I chose to hang up and will be taking my business elsewhere.
