We are an extremely close family and when my father was diagnosed with dementia on the back of a cancer diagnosis, we were beyond devastated. My husband of fifty years lived at Sunrise for the past two years of his life. He had had advanced Alzheimer's Disease and I can not say enough about the excellent care he had. The staff/caregivers always treated him with respect and attention to his health. I had the advantage of living close by and visited him almost daily.
