My father has been here since March of 2024. The staff onsite is helpful and friendly. I like that all of the residents are included in activities, so that no one is alone in their room. I like that the residents all eat together. I like the activities offered, such as sing-alongs and games, which the residents seem to enjoy. The facility is clean, bright and cheerful and my father enjoys the food. I would suggest introducing yourself to the financial person/staff at the facility, to help simplfy a complex billing process. A... read more

I am writing in regards to my mother’s care. In my previous review, I neglected to mention Bruk. She was so helpful to me with the nursing care and a hospice recommendation, making my moms final days more comfortable!

Unfortunately the medical staff in Assisted Living leaves much to be desired from my personal experience. Perhaps I have been here too long, but I've been experiencing difficulty in a number of areas in management as well. I am working with management to resolve what has bothered and annoyed me. Some of it has been taken care of. If you don't speak up, you're left in limbo! The major problem is communication!!!!!
