I would like to share my story of how this facility has refused my relative over three times in a given year. There are no words to describe how I have been in the health care profession for 36 years and administration in large medical hospitals in Manhattan and have seen what I have seen in the selection process at this sunrise at Mill basin. I would give zero stars if possible. Die to staff negligence my mother fell and never recovered, she passed.
