We placed my mother-in-law at Sunrise/Canyon Crest a few weeks ago. She was struggling at 93; living independently. We saw a rapid decline. After 3 weeks at Sunrise she has found a new perspective and a reason to continue living. The staff are phenomenal, kind and welcoming. My mother in law loves the outings, activities and fellow residents. She is thriving in her new environment.
Our mom was a resident at Sunrise Senior Living for 3 years and we couldn't be more impressed with the quality of care she received. The staff became like a second family to mom and they helped make her final years as comfortable and fulfilling as possible. Sunrise also did an excellent job of coordinating with the local hospice provider when this became necessary. We highly recommend Sunrise. They are good folks.
In the beginning of April my wife and moved my Mom to Sunrise from another care giver here in Riverside. Our customer experience with Sunrise has been exceptional. My sister received outstanding care at Sunrise. The staff went above and beyond in their attention and care. As I lived across the country and she would not travel, I felt comfortable in how my sister was treated. The Bristol Hospice also contributed to the positive experience at this facility. No complaints.
