Inquiring regarding this facility for a friend. I asked their sales person why I should select.this location over others. With all needs being met equally at various places, why here? She beautifully spoke of the caring staff who treat their residents like family, the smaller facility and intimate atmosphere. Julie is of the local community, so her reputation is valuable. This definitely all weighs in Ivy Park's favor.
My mom is a resident at Ivy Park's Memory Care. The staff have been very caring toward her and include her in numerous activities daily. I have been very impressed with the kindness and concern all employees of Ivy Park have shown my mom and my family. Not only that, but I had a lot of questions for various departments when she first moved in, and they were all answered quickly and clearly. I've been impressed! -- Mary
We’ve had the opportunity to support several patients who have been residents at Ivy Park Bonita, and families consistently share how attentive and caring the staff are. It’s always reassuring to hear such positive feedback about the care their loved ones receive. The community itself is warm and inviting. Every time I visit, the residents seem to be enjoying their home and there are always engaging activities going on. It’s clear the team works hard to create a supportive and lively environment for their residents.
