I do not recommend using this storage facility at all. We have been storing some of our house hold goods for a year and a half at their Marlboro location in Maryland and everything was fine until we recently went to get some of our Halloween decorations out and noticed that our storage facility was overtaken by rats. As soon as we opened the door the smell just hit you in the face and rats were everywhere. When the time came two years ago, it was heartbreaking for my mom to leave her home of nearly 60 years - the place where she and her beloved Jim raised their girls and were loved in both the Waldwick and St. Luke's community. Providing Excellent resident Care
My father was accepted to the facility after being in the Brielle, which was horrid. He was admitted to the Reminiscence unit, a lock down unit, because they thought he was a flight risk-\-\-he was not. He could barely walk without his walker and since admitted there, had fallen several times. They PROMISED hima room in the regular assisted living area after 2 weeks of being in the locked area-\-\they even kept his room available-\-\it all depended on him trying to escape. My mother is a resident here. They have been on room lockdown for 11 weeks. I just went and delivered her some food, and went to talk to her through her closed window outside. I was told By the manager that I had to leave because you can only visit through the closed window if you schedule it through them. SERIOUSLY!! No one else anywhere around . Solitary room confinement held prisoner for 11 weeks straight now. And this joker comes out and tells me that I’m not allowed to talk through a closed window to my mother when nobo... read more
