I’m in the military and I can’t even go home and see my mom for 2 weeks. They said people can only stay there for 4 days. I completely understand random people doing this for more than 2 weeks. But my mom has lived at these apartments for 4 years and it’s never been an issue.
TL;DR: Potential mold issues were dismissed as “dust” until escalated to a city health inspector, management was nearly impossible to reach (including multiple unanswered calls and an unattended office during business hours), maintenance requests took months to be addressed, property conditions were unsanitary, and we were locked out before our lease ended with belongings still inside.
