Very noisy downstairs. Neighbors can be extremely loud, and there is often drinking in the parking lots, loud music being played, and arguments and confrontations happening on the grounds, often in the middle of the night. There are good and kind people who live here, but most of them are moving away for good reason. The management allows many disruptions, and does nothing to create a positive environment.

If you live downstairs the noise is horrible at times. but that is to be understood to a certain degree, but it can be excessive. Repairs are taken care of quickly. Children usually play outside very late and it is noisy and they tend to litter and throw rocks. Most of the complaints go on deaf ears. For the most part the apartments are nice. The area is convienient. The complex is kept clean. I would recommend living here if dont mind the noise.
These apartments are very well built. Apartments are clean and nice. If you dont need all the extra amenities that the "luxury" apartments offer like wieght rooms, tennis courts, or covered parking then this apartment complex should fit you. It does have a pool, no pet restrictions, beautiful grass courtyard, and an onsite clean laundry room. I spent two weeks of hard looking for apartments before i moved here and these are definitely the best bang for the buck considering these two bedrooms units run about the same as most ... read more
