I’ve lived at Sunrise Apartments for 16 years, and it truly feels like home. It’s an exceptionally dog-friendly community where every pet is treated like family. I love taking the nearby trails for walks with my dog, Gunner. The management is fantastic—Paty does a wonderful job running the property, and Cailin is a great leasing agent who always makes Gunner feel special. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live!

First of all, this complex allows cigarette smoking inside the apartments. Secondly, I spoke with a number of residents over a couple of weeks, and altho' they didn't have one bad thing to say about living there, they were far from enthusiastic. They used to be great but they are raising rents and laundry facilities aren’t always working and they don’t allow any decor on outside windows or balcony and no more feeding hummingbirds since it’s a safety issue now . They are making a lot of ridiculous rules it’s not as pleasant as when we first moved in. Hopefully they will allow people to feel like it’s their home and not just a temporary place to live . I do love my little home with my kids here. Cailin and Paty are so respectful and very professional. They show concern when things are out of the ordinary and as a small community we all look out for each other which is great. I feel safe here. It’s quiet, I love my neighbors. Like I said it’s a great community and it definitely feels like home to us. Other than the homeless coming around no one really bothers us as long as we keep everything locked.
