Took my cat here a few times. Never had an issue. Everyone was friendly and caring. We appreciate everything that was done for by Sunrise for our beloved Jacky.
When we went in for our first visit, there was blood in the room from previous pets (both fresh and old), plus blood from my dog’s tail injury. The staff walked right through it, tracking it everywhere. We told them, but they just said, "It's okay." We were gagged, horrified, revolted, terrified, disappointed, angry, frustrated, and completely shocked. They simply did not care.I asked for a mop to clean it myself.
