I know exactly why i use Sunrise services for heating, cooling , plumbing. I would like to point out two individuals that were great when my a/c started leaking.Thank you Jaime Castro for finding the error that could have flooded my condo— Then there is Ralph Gonzales who looked the situation over and communicated with the right people and assured me it would be taken care of and it was right on schedule. i am so full of gratitude that my condo which i just finished a short time ago was not ruined. Thanks to Jaime , Agny, Ra... read more
Got my system serviced a few days ago from sunrise I was extremely Impressed. Alex was my service tech and this young man knew his stuff. He was very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. 5 stars for Alex and Sunrise Air. We will definitely be using their services in the future. A+
I want to thank Ryan Ejares, Steven Sanders, Mike Lawerence, and Kevin Born for troubleshooting a challenging leak issue with my AC system. They are friendly and professional. I appreciate the time they take to explain and document their work, including taking photos and sharing that information with me. – Keith
Our AC recently had an unexpected issue. We were blessed to have Phillip come out and address the problem. Not only did he come out to identify the issue the day we called, but he immediately went to get the necessary part to fix it and came straight back. He went above and beyond! Our entire family is grateful for him (and the fact we have a working AC again!). 10/10 recommend.
I requested quotes from a few HVAC installers. Sunrise was competitive and they were willing to listen to and, then, address my question or concern. They were pleasant to work with, and they met their commitments. The installation team were professional and performed the work well. After the installation and verification, I appreciated receiving a follow up call to ensure customer satisfaction.
