Three locations, not one answered phone calls. Got a call back, said I could drop off a check. When I go to drop off the check the woman was extremely rude and standoffish like she didn’t want me to hand her the check. If you are too busy to answer you phone and be decent to people when they come into your business during business hours you should probably consolidate to one location.
The person we worked with was not very professional. Sent buyers email to seller, sent inaccurate information in emails. She dodged direct questions about her fees and reluctantly answered them after being called out on it. The person had no empathy for our position. I had a much better experience with the people at Great American Title. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
Very professional. Handled our transaction to perfection. Very nice people as well.
