Had an appointment through sears repairs Services with this technician and they never showed up, updated us or picked up there phone. Do not use this technicians services.
They did not fix washer after coming out three times. Problem was not fixed. Twice, did not show up for scheduled appointment not did the inform me. Marquita, the manager, so she said, does not give name when answering the phone. She lyed , stating she would call when technician is on the way. She never did.
