I recently started coming here alot more often and I absolutely am OBSESSED with their brown sugar milk drink. It tastes a little like coffee bean's cookie butter drink when you get it 120% sweet (well at least to me it does, take it with a grain of salt) but its good!
Customer service was extremely disappointing. Young adults working behind the counter to busy talking to their friends. Ordered my drink didn’t look or taste like the pictures and the employees weren’t to friendly.with three other places that serve the same drinks I’m sure they would appreciate my business.
I know it is carryout but at least some waiting bench or small table.
LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE! if you work in customer service it is because you're obviously supposed to have some sort of mannerism, perhaps know the basics of "please and thank you", but not this Asian employee today, VERY RUDE, rolls her eyes and doesn't acknowledge the clients! hope her manager sees this!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I order a drink through the kiosk and an Asian looking worker hands me the drinks once they are ready and doesn't look at me or even bothers to say a word. so I said THANK YOU and she turned around and completely ignored me. Really?? If you don't like your job, why are you working there?
