Terrible service. Some time ago, a tall blonde girl helped me — she was super kind, truly a pleasant human being. Lately, I’ve been attended by someone named Holly or Molly and another girl named Krystal, and they definitely don’t know how to treat drivers. After long, exhausting workdays, being received by two such unpleasant people is really discouraging. Especially the girl named Krystal — I don’t even understand why they have someone with such poor diction. A terrible change in the front desk staff.
