My husband visits Sunrift frequently. He loves the place, and has left them glowing reviews. Today he went out there specifically to buy equipment for his upcoming camping trip. He wore a mask, as required, but at one point, he pulled it down, because his glasses were fogging up, and he was trying to read a label. An employee (or possible the owner, as he seemed to be in charge) came round the corner, right as he pulled down his mask, and very rudely told him that he could wear a mask, or leave. Sunrift Adventures updated their hours 2 days ago but when I showed up they were already closed. I left a comment on the post where the hours were updated and the comment went something like this. “You updated your hours two days ago but I show up at 6:20 and you’re already closed even though you’re supposed to close at 7. My hour and 15 minute drive became over two hours due to traffic but I still showed up with over 30 minutes to spare and it’s already closed. Three ladies went to rent bikes on a Sunday recently. Waylon in the bike shop was AMAZING! Efficient, friendly, overly helpful!!!! We forgot water bottles so went in to buy a couple before we set off on the rentals..... He even rinsed them out and filled them up for us! These days, great customer service is hard to find....and we had a FANTASTIC experience here!!!! Good old fashioned awesome people here!!!!!!
Took my kayak in for a repair they were fast and I’m very pleased with the result ..love their store!
Great place to rent bikes, they also have lots of merchandise to buy, great quality. The bikes at well maintained and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful
