I would like to start by saying this is a two part review, as my experience was both good and bad. I brought my car to Carstar Sunridge on the 12th of November as I had already taken it to another repair shop who refused to work on the vehicle, in regards to "previous damage that ties in to the new repair". The previous repair was done by Carstar MERIDIAN, not Carstar Sunridge, and I was told after two weeks on the 27th of November, that I had to contact head office to submit a warranty claim. I was having difficulties with a plastic mount on the rear tail light on my vehicle, it was cracked and I had gone to several other places to see if they could help me with the issues. I was directed to Carstar and they knew exactly how to fix the problem I was having and went above and beyond in the service they provided.
