Dr. Jill Carter has been overcome with greed. She’s not the same honest dentist she used to be. The last few times I’ve gone, I’ve always felt pressured to do procedures. I have refused and would be talked down upon by her and her staff. I got my teeth cleaned last week, and my teeth felt really gross afterwards. There’s very low water pressure in the building, and Dr. Carter even cheaped out on the toothbrushes. No more goodie bags, no more smiles, no more feeling welcome.
Great place but one of your receptionists needs to learn to talk to people. Super rude and almost condescending.
The entire staff is very friendly and puts you at ease during your visits. Dr Carter is very personable and professional. Best dentist office I have ever been to!
Dr Carter and the staff at Sunridge are very nice, caring and efficient. I appreciate the personal attention and don’t feel like just a number in their records!
Great doc great staff. Answers questions and concerns without a wait!!!
